STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J., Aug. 17, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Young Plaza, a retail center in Stafford Township, New Jersey. The asset sold for $2.25 million.
“Young Plaza is a well-located, fully occupied retail center with a strong mix of local tenants and excellent visibility in one of Ocean County’s most active coastal markets,” said Seth Goldberg, associate director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office. “We were pleased to successfully complete an all-cash transaction with a 1031 exchange buyer and deliver a strong result for both clients."
