"Sun King Apartments was purchased by a local investor who was looking to increase their footprint and operational efficiencies in the North Miami market,” said Felipe Echarte, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office.
Echarte, Evan Kristol and Austin Michels of Marcus & Millichap assisted the seller, a local private investor in an off-market transaction.
Located at 15400 NE 6th Ave., Sun King Apartments is a 32,375-square-foot apartment building on a 1.65-acre lot. The two-story property was built in 1966 and includes a 39 unit mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The property is in Biscayne Gardens near Oak Grove Park and close to Interstate 95.
