NORTH PORT, Fla., Aug. 5, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased childcare facility, occupied by La Petite Academy, in North Port, Florida. The property sold for $3,649,481.

Sulo procured the buyer, a New Jersey-based 1031 exchange buyer.
