Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 134-Unit Multifamily Portfolio in Berwyn and Maywood, Illinois

BERWYN AND MAYWOOD, Ill., July 28, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 134-unit multifamily portfolio in Berwyn and Maywood, Illinois.

The portfolio consists of five apartment buildings totaling 134 units across Berwyn and Maywood. The assets include 6616-6620 West Windsor Avenue in Berwyn, a 31-unit property; 2101 South Oak Park Avenue, a six-unit property; 2121-2131 South Oak Park Avenue, a 41-unit property; 2103-2109 South Oak Park Avenue, a 33-unit property; and 2126-2130 South 5th Avenue in Maywood; a 23-unit property. The portfolio unit mix consists of 36 studios, 77 one-bedrooms, 20 two-bedrooms, and 1 office suite. The brick courtyard buildings feature large floorplans and on-site laundry facilities. The Berwyn properties are close to the Berwyn Metra Station and MacNeal Hospital, while the Maywood property is close to the Maywood Metra Station and Loyola University Medical Center, with convenient access to Interstate 55 and Interstate 290.
