MISSOURI CITY, Texas, July 21, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Brazos Lake Shopping Center, a 9,920-square-foot multi-tenant retail property.
