Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Dollar Tree Plaza in Victoria, Texas

VICTORIA, Texas, July 16, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Dollar Tree Plaza, a 30,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail property shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter in northeast Victoria.

The asset is located at 3801 Houston Hwy. Built in 2013, the two-building retail center sits on 3.36 acres and was fully leased at the time of sale. The property features a mix of national and service-oriented tenants including Dollar Tree, Anytime Fitness, Domino’s, Metro by T-Mobile and Freeway Insurance. Positioned along Houston Highway near Delmar Drive, the center benefits from traffic counts exceeding 19,000 vehicles per day and serves one of Victoria’s primary retail corridors.
