Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Greenhouse at I-10 Retail Center in Houston

HOUSTON, July 15, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Greenhouse at I-10 Retail Center, a 14,000-square-foot office medical property in Houston.

At the time of sale, approximately 4,000 square feet was leased to Excel Urgent Care, while the remaining 10,000 square feet was vacant. The buyer plans to occupy the available space for a medical use.
