ROCKFORD, Ill., July 17, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased restaurant property occupied by Storming Crab in Rockford, Illinois.

Built in 1991, the property formerly operated as a Perkins Restaurant & Bakery for 24 years.
