Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 98-Room Comfort Inn in Anderson, Indiana

ANDERSON, Ind., July 15, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 98-room Comfort Inn hotel property in Anderson, Indiana.

Valliani and Michael Klar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Julia Evinger, Marcus & Millichap’s Indiana broker of record, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investor groups. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
