Marcus & Millichap Brokers $3M Sale of Industrial Property in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region

BELMONT, N.H., June 30, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a single-tenant industrial property in Belmont, New Hampshire. The asset sold for $3,050,000.

The property, located at 6 Old Prescott Hill Road, is a two-story, 30,000-square-foot building comprising 18,000 square feet of warehouse area and 12,000 square feet of office space. The property is situated on 5.1 acres, including 2.5 acres of fenced and paved yard space.
