Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Tractor Supply Co. in Hamilton, Texas

HAMILTON, Texas June 24, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 518 U.S. Highway 281, leased to Tractor Supply Co., located in Hamilton, Texas.

"The property's 2026 construction and long-term lease with Tractor Supply made it an attractive acquisition for the buyer. Regenstreif, based in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office, assisted by Alyssa Difilippo, investment specialist in the firm’s Dallas office, in association with Tim Speck, Marcus & Millichap’s Texas broker of record, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, and Regenstreif also procured the buyer.
The property consists of a 22,038-square-foot retail facility situated on 6.82 acres. Completed in 2026, the built-to-suit store was developed to Tractor Supply's latest prototype standards and is leased long term to Tractor Supply Co. The property features a large outdoor display area and is positioned along one of the area's primary commercial corridors, serving Hamilton and the surrounding rural communities throughout Central Texas.
