Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3.67M Sale of Retail Property in Lexington, South Carolina

LEXINGTON, S.C., June 22, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 808 U.S. 378, a three-tenant retail property in Lexington, South Carolina. The asset sold for $3,670,576.
“This acquisition demonstrates continued investor demand for necessity-based retail centers with stable cash flow and strong market fundamentals,” said Seth Goldberg, associate director investments at Marcus & Millichap. “The property's strong tenant mix, visibility and location within the growing Lexington market made it an attractive long-term investment opportunity.”
Goldberg, Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl of Marcus & Millichap, in association with Ben Yelm, the firm’s broker of record in South Carolina, procured the buyer, a private investor from New Jersey.
The 7,000-square-foot property is fully occupied by a nail salon, Lexington Modern Dentistry and My Pharmacy & Optical. It is situated across from Hendrix Crossing, a shopping center anchored by a top-performing Publix in South Carolina and surrounded by other restaurants and retailers.
Lexington is a suburb of Columbia, South Carolina, close to Lake Murray and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
