Marcus & Millichap Arranges $11.5M Sale of Retail Center in Leesburg, Florida

LEESBURG, Fla., June 17, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Leesburg Marketplace, an 81,071-square-foot retail center in Leesburg, Florida. The property sold for $11.5 million.

Valiani exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Valiani and Alex Goodale of Marcus & Millichap procured the buyer.

Located at 1101-1107 West North Blvd., the property sits on 9.35 acres and was built in 1987. Leesburg Marketplace is 95% occupied and anchored by Dollar Tree, Ollies Bargain Outlet and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Additional tenants include salons, restaurants, a laundromat, fitness center, and an insurance agency. Recent upgrades include exterior and tenant buildouts and updates to the parking lot and sign.

The property is situated on West North Boulevard (U.S. Route 441), the city's central commercial corridor. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants and near UF Health Leesburg Hospital.
