LOS ANGELES, June 11, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 14651 Ventura Blvd., a locally owned and operated Burlington Coat Factory in Sherman Oaks, CA. The asset sold for $11,225,000.
