Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of New Construction Fuego Tortilla Grill in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La., June 1, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Fuego Tortilla Grill, a 3,263-square-foot net-leased restaurant property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The property is under a brand new lease, signed at close of escrow, with 20 years remaining.
