JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind., June 17, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale-leaseback of a three-building, 34,313-square-foot medical office portfolio in the Louisville MSA. The portfolio sold for $6,205,543.
