CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich., June 15, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Cedar Springs Retail Center, a 10-suite strip center in Cedar Springs, Michigan.

Gross, Ashish Vakhariya and Seth Haron, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private group based in west Michigan.
Cedar Springs Retail Center is a 15,879-square-foot retail property located at 4116 17 Mile Road, approximately 20 miles north of Grand Rapids. Built in 2004, the center features a mix of restaurant and service tenants, including Subway, Little Caesars and Great Clips, and is positioned just off U.S. 131 near national retailers such as Meijer, ALDI, Tractor Supply Co., Dollar Tree and AutoZone.
