Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Bergen County Apartment Building

CARLSTADT, N.J., May 22, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 325 First St., a multifamily property in Bergen County, New Jersey. The asset sold for $1,325,000.
