Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Retail Center in Raleigh, North Carolina

RALEIGH, N.C., May 18, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Glenwood Retail Center, a three-tenant retail property in Raleigh, North Carolina. The asset sold for $2,935,000.
“The property has a unique mix of tenants located along one of Raleigh’s most heavily trafficked corridors,” said Patrick Barratt, associate investments at Marcus & Millichap. “We saw significant investor demand quickly after launching the marketing campaign. The asset sold quickly at 98% of the asking price, showcasing the continued demand from local investors for well‑located retail properties in the Raleigh area.”
Barratt, Andrew Margulies and Harrison Creason of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the Raleigh-based seller and procured the buyer, a private partnership based in the Raleigh area.
Glenwood Retail Center, located at 6904 Glenwood Ave., was built in 1997. The 10,000-square-foot property spans 1.07 acres and is occupied by tenants Apotheca, Stylist Studios and Kingdom Life Church International.
The property is positioned on Glenwood Avenue between Raleigh-Durham International Airport and downtown Raleigh.
