Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Class A Industrial Property in Hillsdale, Indiana

HILLSDALE, Ind., May 21, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 222 Broadway Avenue, a 50,000-square-foot Class A spec built industrial warehouse finished to grey shell in Hillsdale, Indiana. Originally offered with 9 acres, the buyer elected to purchase the entire 32.6-acre parcel. The property sold for $4.375 million, or $87.50 per square foot.

Evinger, an industrial investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Garmong Development Company, LLC.
