FORT WAYNE, Ind., May 4, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of The Storage Place, a 45,950-square-foot self-store property in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
