Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of the Greentree Pasadena Inn in Southern California

PASADENA, Calif., April 16, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the successful sale of the GreenTree Pasadena Inn, a hospitality property located at 400 South Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, California. The asset was acquired by a private buyer for an undisclosed price.
Stanley Wang and Gordon Allred of the Allred Hotel Group at Marcus & Millichap held the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, GreenTree Hospitality Group.
