Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Downtown Hoboken Redevelopment Property

HOBOKEN, N.J., April 30, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 106 Willow Ave., a building slated for redevelopment in Downtown Hoboken, New Jersey. The asset sold for $2,175,000.

Perez, Alan Cafiero and Dean Matuszewicz of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a private investor.
The 6,400-square-foot brick building sits on a 25-by-100-foot lot and is configured for eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. The four-story property offers redevelopment and potential expansion.
Located four blocks from Washington Street, Hoboken’s primary retail corridor, the property is within walking distance of the Hoboken PATH station with direct access to Manhattan.
