JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J., April 29, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Chapel Hill Shops at Jackson, an 8,000-square-foot, fully leased, multi-tenant retail property located at 305 Whitesville Road in Jackson, New Jersey.
