Marcus & Millichap Names Marc Irvin Managing Director Investments in Atlanta

ATLANTA, April 20, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Marc Irvin was promoted to Managing Director Investments in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Irvin specializes in the advisory and brokerage of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has built a national client base representing institutional owners, developers, private equity groups and high-net-worth investors, completing more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
