Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Multi-Tenant Retail Center in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, April 30, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Rigsby Avenue Shopping Center, a 64,200-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in San Antonio, Texas.
“The outlook remains strong for retail centers anchored by Walmart and other essential tenants,” said Philip Levy, executive managing director investments. “Investors are targeting these properties for their steady demand, resilience to e-commerce and higher returns than other asset types. Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, both private investors.
Constructed in 2002, the shopping center at 2000 SE Loop 410 Access Road sits on 6.09 acres and is fully leased. The property is anchored by Dollar Tree and includes a mix of retail, service and medical tenants such as Alamo City Urgent Care, Brident Dental, Baptist Health Systems, AVIS and Cato. The center is located along a high-traffic corridor near Walmart and includes on-site parking and monument signage.
