MIDLAND, Texas, April 20, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of RV Midland, a 204-site RV community located in Midland, Texas.
“After more than four years under contract, the buyer demonstrated strong conviction by increasing the purchase price three times and securing 55% loan-to-value traditional bank financing,” said Skyler Henderson, senior director investments. “With plans to upgrade amenities, improve roads and add covered RV sites, the new ownership is well positioned to meet demand in a Midland-Odessa market that continues to grow and diversify beyond its traditional oil and gas base.”
Henderson and Brad Dorsey, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Louisiana-based seller, and procured the California-based buyer.
RV Midland was built in 2018 and sits on approximately 7 acres, with an additional 9 acres of undeveloped land included in the sale. The 202-site community is located approximately 1.2 miles south of Interstate 20 and about 20 minutes from Midland International Air & Space Port.
