Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 63-Room Comfort Suites in Auburn Hills, Mich.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 16, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 63-room Comfort Suites hotel property located in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Klar and Ebrahim Valliani, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Paul Kerber, Marcus & Millichap’s Michigan broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The three-story hotel is situated on 5.7 acres at 1565 N. Opdyke Road in the Detroit MSA. Built in 2000, the property features a pool, fitness center and meeting space, and underwent extensive renovations in 2024, including upgrades to guest rooms, the lobby, mechanical systems and exterior improvements. The property is near retail and entertainment destinations, including Great Lakes Crossing Outlets and Pine Knob Music Theatre.
