MONTGOMERY, Ill., April 15, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of U.S. 30 Storage, a 500-unit self-storage property on Montgomery, Illinois.
