MIDDLEBURG, Fla., April 15, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 17,400-square-foot, eight-suite retail center in Middleburg, Florida. The property sold for $8,405,000.
