ALTON, Ill., April 14, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Oakwood Plaza, a 16-suite retail property located in Alton, Illinois, for $9.3 million.

Built in 2005, the property sits on 8.96 acres and features a mix of retail and restaurant tenants, including Panera, Spectrum, Dollar Tree and Great Clips. Nearby national retailers include Target, Home Depot and Lowe’s.
