CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Mar. 9, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Country Park Condominiums, a six-unit condominium portfolio in Coral Springs, Florida, for $1.1 million.
“After nearly three decades of ownership, the seller capitalized on strong investor demand for value-add multifamily assets in Coral Springs,” said Austin Michels, associate director investments. “We secured an all-cash 1031 exchange buyer and closed at a 4.46 percent cap rate. With mostly original interiors and rents approximately 30 percent below market, the sale highlights continued demand for well-located value-add opportunities.
Michels, Brandon Rex, Evan Kristol and Felipe Echarte, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the private buyer.
The portfolio includes six two-bedroom units within the 34-unit Country Park community on Coral Springs Drive. Built in 1987, the units total approximately 5,700 square feet and feature in-unit washers and dryers, central air conditioning and individual utilities. Community amenities include a swimming pool and ample parking.
