Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Small-Bay Industrial Property in Worcester County

HOPEDALE, Mass., Mar. 4, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 10 Charlesview Road, a 9,600-square-foot small-bay industrial property in Hopedale, Massachusetts, for $2.05 million.

Klein, along with Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Grant and Anthony Fresolone represented the seller, a private developer and procured the buyer, a private investor.
Built in 2018, the property consists of six 1,600-square-foot units on 4.58 acres. Each suite includes a private office and restroom, separately metered utilities and drive-in loading. The building features 17- to 18-foot clear heights, six drive-in doors and 36 parking spaces. The property is located approximately 2.5 miles from Interstate 495, providing access to Boston, Worcester and Providence.
