Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Apartment Community in Conway, South Carolina

CONWAY, S.C., March 30, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Hemingway Apartments, a 30-unit apartment community in Conway, South Carolina. The property sold for $4.1 million.
“We have now sold this property twice in two years, highlighting continued investor demand for newer construction multifamily assets in the Conway market,” said Ryan Lipomi, senior director investments, who led the transaction.
Lipomi, William Graves and Carson Ford of Marcus & Millichap represented the private seller and procured the buyer.
Built in 2022, the property features exclusively two-bedroom, one-bathroom units averaging approximately 550 square feet. The community was fully occupied at the time of sale and offers modern layouts with updated interiors.
Located at 1204 Hemingway Chapel Road, the property is near Coastal Carolina University and Horry-Georgetown Technical College and is approximately 17 miles from Myrtle Beach.
