Marcus & Millichap Brokers $7.1M Sale of Long Island Office Properties

NEW YORK, March 31, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 200 and 220 S Service Road, a multi-tenant office properties in Roslyn, New York. The properties sold for a total of $7.1 million.
Michael Tuccillo and Anthony Cerrone of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer for 200 S. Service Road, while Global Realty Services USA procured the private buyer for 220 S. Service Road.
