Marcus & Millichap Arranges $6.23M Sale of Retail Center in Vero Beach, Florida

VERO BEACH, Fla., Mar. 2, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Vero Beach Square, an 11,480-square-foot retail center in in Vero Beach, Florida, for $6,230,000.
“The buyer was attracted to the property due to the strong tenant roster, 2019 construction and excellent frontage and visibility along 20th Street,” said Drew Kristol, senior managing director investments. “We received multiple offers from both national and international buyers, as demand for small-bay retail properties in the state of Florida has steadily increased over the past five years.”
Kristol and Kirk Olson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Ross Realty, and procured the buyer, a private California-based investment group.
Vero Beach Square is located at 5125 20th St. along State Road 60, the city’s main east-west retail corridor, which carries average daily traffic of more than 32,500 vehicles. The center sits on approximately 2.18 acres and is fully leased to a mix of food, service and retail tenants, including Dunkin’, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Elite Hearing Centers of America. It is surrounded by national retailers such as Walmart, Target, Publix and Home Depot.
