Marcus & Millichap Brokers $4.075M Sale of Retail Property Along Hollywood Beach Boardwalk

March 13, 2026

HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Mar. 13, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the $4,075,000 sale of a two-tenant retail building along the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.

“The property is ideally located next to Margaritaville’s public parking entrance and fronts the Johnson Street boardwalk, just steps from Hollywood Beach,” said Drew Kristol, senior managing director investments. “The buyer was attracted to the strong cash flow and minimal management profile of the building.”

Kristol and Kirk Olson, senior managing directors investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private South Florida-based investment group.

The 2,800-square-foot building sits on Johnson Street, a pedestrian-only corridor connecting North Ocean Drive to the beach. The property is fully leased to Fat Tuesday’s, a national frozen cocktail brand, and Hollywood Beach Trikke, a bike and recreational rental business that has operated at the location since 2009. The site is next to Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and a 600-space public parking garage, steps from the beach and nearby entertainment venues.
