Marcus & Millichap Hires Patrick Mullen to Expand Industrial Outdoor Storage Advisory

NEW YORK CITY, Feb. 27, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Patrick Mullen has joined the firm’s New York City office. He will focus on building a dedicated industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment sales team.
Mullen joins Marcus & Millichap from Catalyst Investment Partners, where he focused on sourcing and executing industrial outdoor storage transactions. He previously worked on JLL’s investment sales team.
