HOBOKEN, N.J., Feb. 11, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a mixed-use retail and residential building in Hoboken, New Jersey, for $3,470,000.
