Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 20-Suite Retail Property in Houston

HOUSTON, Feb. 19, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Huntwick Village, a 20-suite, 61,982-square-foot retail center located in Houston, Texas.
“This transaction presented a compelling value-add opportunity while maintaining a strong base of established tenants,” said Scott Abeel, director investments. “The buyer plans to complete renovations to enhance leasing momentum and further strengthen the property’s market position. We’re seeing increased activity across the area, and we expect transaction volume to continue rising over the next year as investor confidence in this corridor grows.”
Abeel and Philip Levy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Houston-based private owner, and procured the buyer, a Houston-based private equity firm.
Huntwick Village is located at the signalized intersection of FM 1960 Road West and Wunderlich Drive along one of Houston’s most heavily trafficked retail corridors, with more than 51,847 vehicles per day. Built in 19080, the center is occupied by a mix of service-oriented and restaurant tenants, including Krazy Seafood, Jinya Ramen Bar, Jawhealth Dental, Sena Pharmacy and Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant, and includes a freestanding building leased to Da’ Town Sports Bar & Lounge.
