Chris Gomes, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Skyler Cooper of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The Comfort Inn is located at 2904 Michelle Drive, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and U.S. Highway 82. Built in 1999 and renovated in 2020, the three-story hotel sits on 4.3 acres and features amenities such as a business center, fitness center, indoor pool, patio and laundry facilities. The property is near Austin College, Texoma Medical Center and Grayson College.
