WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 5, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a cardiology medical office building in Wichita, Kansas, for $18,655,000.
“Our exclusive listing process, combined with deep experience working with physician-led ownership groups, was critical in positioning Heartland Cardiology’s medical office building to the right buyer pool, protecting deal certainty and achieving strong value in the sale,” said Spencer Koch, Director Investments. “Working with a sophisticated, physician-led ownership group, the team aligned the property’s unique clinical strengths with the right institutional partner, resulting in a smooth closing process and favorable terms for all parties.”
Koch, Christopher Biuso, Rory Shelby and Scott Gould, in association with Colby Haugness, Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Kansas, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The property is located at 3535 N. Webb Road on approximately 4.9 acres. The asset includes a 40,912-square-foot medical office building occupied by Heartland Cardiology and serves a growing health care corridor near Wichita State University and several major regional hospitals.
