Marcus & Millichap Completes Sale of Mixed-Use Property in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa., Jan. 23, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Fieldstone Building, an 18,000-square-foot mixed-use property in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, for $2,133,580.
“It’s rare to find a site of this scale in a location of this quality, with existing cash flow and future development potential,” said Vince Peruto, associate investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office. “We were able to draw heavy interest from the market and build a competitive bidding environment. Peruto exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the private buyer.
