Marcus & Millichap Announces Sale of Single-Tenant Office Property in Williamsburg, Virginia

WILLIAMSBURG, Va., Jan. 20, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 7,372-square-foot single-tenant office property in Williamsburg, Virginia, for $1,730,000. The building is fully leased to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, a division of Bank of America.

Located at 266 McLaws Circle, the property sits on approximately 0.76 acres at the entrance to Kingsmill Resort and near major demand drivers, including Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary. Merrill Lynch has operated at the site since 2000 and recently extended its lease through August 2030, following a full renovation of its suite in 2020.
