LOVES PARK, Ill., Jan. 27, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 6545 North Alpine Road, a 10,640-square-foot vacant net lease property located in Loves Park, Illinois.
