Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Two Assisted Living Community Properties in Southeast Michigan

TECUMSEH, Mich., Jan. 22, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Tecumseh Place and Blissfield Place, two assisted living communities located in Tecumseh, Michigan.

Knapp, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a non-profit organization, and procured the buyer, an operator investor.
Tecumseh Place and Blissfield Place are located approximately 15 miles apart in rural southeast Michigan and total 80 private units across four buildings. The communities span 15.94 acres with 52,591 square feet of building space, and include an additional 25.11 acres of excess land at Blissfield Place.
