Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Boutique Hotel in Restored Candy Factory in La Crosse, Wis.

LA CROSSE, Wis., Jan. 13, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of The Charmont Hotel, a 67-room hotel property in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Valliani, Michael Klar and Dan Danielak, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Los Angelos offices, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor group, and procured the buyer, Diane Hendricks, founder of Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC. The transaction received additional support from Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
