CHANNAHON, Ill., Jan. 7, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 167,282-square-foot industrial warehouse property in Channahon, Illinois, for $4.8 million.

It is partially occupied by Verdeco Plastics Inc., a manufacturing company that specializes in sourcing industrial plastic scrap for recycling and reintroducing it into the global manufacturing supply chain.
