Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 44-Unit Multifamily Property in Marshfield, Wis.

MARSHFIELD, Wis., Dec. 29, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of East Ridge Village Apartments, a 44-unit multifamily property in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Whiteside, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Colonial Place, LLP, and procured the buyer, a private Wisconsin investor.
East Ridge Village Apartments consists of 44 two-bedroom units across 11 buildings on Monique Lane and North Irene Avenue. The community totals 44,000 rentable square feet and sits on 5.16 acres. Twenty-three units have been recently renovated with updated appliances, flooring, fixtures and finishes, while 21 units offer value-add potential through future upgrades.
