ORLAND PARK, Ill., Dec. 9, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a six-suite retail strip property in Orland Park, Illinois, for $2.05 million.

Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor group, and procured the buyer, a private, out-of-state 1031 buyer.
